Who else processes my data?

Every sub-processor is listed with what it does in the Data Processing Agreement. In summary:

• Stripe — payments, both rent collection and your own subscription.
• BoldSign — e-signature for tenancy agreements and inventory reports.
• Google Maps Platform — address autocomplete and supplier search.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Cloudflare R2 — document and photo storage.
• Render — application hosting and the database, in the EU (Frankfurt).
• OpenFreeMap — map tiles. It receives only the map area being viewed, no account or tenant data.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads — website and app measurement, and which of our adverts brought someone here. Only if you accepted analytics cookies, and they never receive anything from inside your account: page addresses have record IDs stripped out first.

For a landlord using Tenarize as a business, you are the controller of your tenants' data and Tenarize is your processor. That relationship is set out in the DPA, which is incorporated into the Terms of Service rather than needing a separate signature.
