Will Tenarize tell me when a certificate is about to expire?

Every document can carry an expiry date. Tenarize scans for approaching and passed expiries and raises a notification against the property or tenancy it belongs to, with a link that takes you straight to where you can act on it.

A date you skipped or mistyped can be put right later, without re-uploading the file. Every document row — on the property page, in a tenancy's compliance checklist, and in your landlord-only documents — carries an Add expiry date link, which reads Edit expiry date once there's one to change. A document with no expiry date is never chased, so it's the one field worth going back for.

Compliance-flavoured notifications also trigger an email the moment they're first raised, rather than waiting for you to notice the bell. Anything still outstanding is repeated in a weekly digest email on Monday mornings. Both are switchable under Preferences — the tracking carries on either way, but with the emails off the app is the only place an expiry will appear. See choosing which emails you get.
