Do I get an invoice, and is VAT included?
Stripe emails you a VAT invoice for every subscription payment. Prices include VAT, so they are the total you pay — nothing is added on top.
Every subscription payment produces a finalised invoice, emailed to you automatically and available from Manage billing, which also holds your full payment history and lets you update your card.
The advertised prices include VAT at 20% and are the total you pay — nothing is added on top. Each invoice is a VAT invoice: it shows the VAT within the price and Tenarize Ltd's VAT registration number, GB 529 2750 75, so if you're VAT-registered yourself you can use it to reclaim the VAT.
Worth knowing: Your Tenarize subscription is an ordinary business expense against your rental income. The maintenance expense report covers property spend, not this.
